Book an Apartment went online on September 2014 and is a trade mark of Tarus Tourism Co Ltd. just like Tarus Apartments. 

The company operates under the direction of its founder Onur Mollaoğlu. 

Book an Apartment team members come from a wide range of nationalities and can speak many languages.

Who are the apartment managers?

In self-catering apartments the apartment managers are generally the owners or sublets.

Some of them are managed by companies.They handle your check in and check out and will be available at all times during your stay to help you if needed. 

Serviced apartments and apartment hotels are comprised of a small team of people who run the building for 24 hours. 

We use the term apartment manager to encompass all of these variations.

What is the difference between a Self-Catering Apartment, Serviced Apartment and Apartment Hotel?

A Self-Catering Apartment is a private apartment and is generally situated in a residential neighborhood. This enables you to experience the city like a local. Restaurants, grocery stores, recreational opportunities and city sights are usually located within walking distance. The apartment is cleaned before and after your stay.

A Serviced Apartment is located within a residential area or an apartment; in a larger building. Most of them offer a 24-hour reception which can provide concierge service and assistance. Daily or weekly cleaning is included it also includes a bed linen and towel change along with other housekeeping duties.
